#Tekken 4 lee how to
He's got a great windstep thing where you can advance quickly and juggle with just the 1,2 punches, but I don't know how to do it. Since we're talking about 6 I'll leave those out. He was supposed to have been killed in Tekken 3 by Ogre, but he came back in Tekken Tag and Tekken 4 under the name Violet.īeing brought back in Tekken Tag, he's kept a couple of moves that are almost useless in any other game, but seeing as Tekken Tag 2 just came out, those moves have regained usefullness. He began as a sort of Law offshoot, and grew new moves in Tekken 2. There are many more tips, but I can't recall them all right now Hope this helps for a start! Look up stuff on or watch FightingGM videos, he is a great Lee player. He is a great character and very fun, has a decent learning curve and is decent at all levels. You can chain it against unaware opponents once or twice, and when people start blocking low you punish with mids. Dragon Sweep is the best low move, done while crouching fndf 3 (look it up in commands). His low moves are pretty underpowered, but d3 (low kick with the tip of the foot) does decent damage and can transition into hitman (d3 with CH leaves the opponent in the ground, you go into hitman by pressing 4 without releasing that 3 and then do Hitman 4). His mid moves are pretty good, he has 223 as a punisher, b4 to CH launch 1+2 to pressyre some, df1 as a poke punch and f2,1 as a punisher does great damage. You can chain up to four repetitions of 1,2fn before losing the combo. You can also wall carry with more 1,2fn if you think you will reach the wall. It makes Lee one of the best Wall carries in the game (you can literally launch someone at the middle of Lightning Storm stage and still reach the wall). It's a punch with a dash that you can combo up to 7 times. This is the basic combo I used while learning Lee, and then you can go crazy and mix it up.ī2fn is really, really hard to learn. This makes learning combos very, VERY easy at the beginning (once you launch with ANY move you can do 1,2fn -> 1,2fn, f4,3 (double kick that binds on the floor) -> f2,1. The windstep he has is called Mist Step, it is done pressing forward and releasing after some moves, most notably 1,2fn (that means forward neutral) and b2fn. I will use the same notations as FistMissileReturns.īefore Tekken 4 Lee was, as he says, a Law/Paul Hybrid, but slowly he gained his own "style" as sort of a pseudo tae kwon do character.
